What data I collect

Only what you enter in the inquiry form or send by email: your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of work, location, preferred date and your project description.

Why I use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and carrying out that agreement.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within [12 months]. Details of clients are kept as long as required for the tax administration (seven years).

Who else sees it

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. The website and email are hosted by a Dutch hosting provider that processes data on my behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. If you are logged in to WordPress, WordPress sets functional cookies for that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by sending an email. If you are not satisfied with how your data is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
